摘    要:为探究补施水肥对荒漠肉苁蓉(Cistanche deserticola)生长和种子产量的影响变化规律,以不同时间的灌水(W)及施肥(F)作为试验因子,利用混合水平正交设计原理进行田间试验。结果表明:水肥耦合影响肉苁蓉的花序长度及种子粒径,对蒴果数、地上生物量、种子产量均没有影响。灌水影响肉苁蓉的地上生物量、种子产量及种子粒径,施肥影响种子粒径,灌水施肥的时间对肉苁蓉花序长度、地上生物量、蒴果数、种子产量及种子粒径影响均不明显。综合各因素分析,5月向每株梭梭灌水5 L并施用200 g磷酸二铵(N∶P∶K为18∶46∶0)复合肥最适合肉苁蓉生长且种子产量最佳。

Abstract:The seed of Cistanche deserticola is an important reason to restrict the development of Cistanche deserticola industry. To explore the effects of the supplementary application of water and fertilizer on the growth characteristic and seed yield of desert Cistanche deserticola,field experiments were carried out by using the principle of mixed-level orthogonal design with irrigation (W) and fertilization (F) at different times. The results showed that the coupling of water and fertilizer affected the inflorescence length and seed size of Cistanche deserticola,however,it did not affect the aboveground biomass,seed yield,and capsule number. Irrigation affected the aboveground biomass,seed yield,and seed particle size of Cistanche deserticola,while fertilization only affected the seed particle size. The time of irrigation and fertilization had no significant effect on the inflorescence length,aboveground biomass,capsule number,seed yield,and seed particle size of Cistanche deserticola. Based on the analysis of various factors,to promote the growth of Cistanche deserticola and improve the seed yield,5L water and 200 g diammonium phosphate (N:P:K:18:46:0) can be applied to each Haloxylon ammodendron in May.
