摘    要:为解决传统追溯过程中存在的数据安全性低、可信度低、供应链信息断链等问题。以红茶为研究对象,通过分析红茶生产、加工、储运、销售过程,研究信息采集、数据共享、隐私保护、产品溯源等质量安全追溯关键技术,构建基于区块链的红茶质量安全追溯系统。追溯数据上链时延为1.15 s,公开溯源数据查询时间为58.72 ms,隐私溯源数据查询时间为61.60 ms,能够满足红茶追溯过程数据上链存证、扫码溯源、供应链上下游共享需求。系统在广东省英德市红茶生产、加工企业进行应用示范,实现了各环节、各企业主体溯源信息的数据共享互通,确保了溯源数据真实性和安全性。

Development and application of traceability system for black tea based on blockchain
Abstract:In order to solve the problems of data security, data reliability and broken information chain in the traditional traceability process, we developed a quality and safety traceability system for black tea based on block chain. Farming, storage, transportation and sales process of black tea were analyzed in detail. The key technologies of quality and safety traceability such as information collection, data sharing, privacy protection and product traceability were introduced to the system. The transaction latency of traceability data is 1.15 s, the query time of public traceability data is 58.72 ms, and the query time of private traceability data is 61.60 ms, which can meet the demands of data evidence transaction, code scanning traceability and upstream and downstream sharing for the traceability of black tea. The system was applied in the black tea production and processing enterprises in Yingde, Guangdong Province. The results show that data sharing and exchanging of traceability information in supply chain process can be realized, and the authenticity and security of traceability data can also be realized.
