产出外部性视域下稻农生产要素投入行为的影响因素研究——以江苏为例

厘清产出外部性视域下稻农生产要素投入激励，提出针对性的对策建议，矫正产出外部性，优化要素投入配置，提高水稻种植的产量和质量。选取6个水稻生产水平较高，具有较高代表性的县（市、区）作为主要调查地点。从农户禀赋、生产因素、市场因素、政策因素、认知因素5个角度，确定19个相关变量，构建产出外部性视域下稻农生产要素投入行为的影响因素模型，并利用SPSS软件进行二元Logistic回归分析。在选取的19个变量中，稻农对农民培训的满意程度通过1%的显著性水平检验，稻农的受教育水平、近三年水稻施肥量变化以及水稻价格通过5%的显著性水平检验，稻农的性别、对过量施用化肥农药产生负面影响的认知通过10%的显著性水平检验。上述6个变量对稻农采用合理生产要素投入行为有显著影响，基于此，提出相关对策建议对稻农加以示范引导，以矫正产出外部性，推动水稻绿色生产。

Research on the influencing factors of rice farmers input behavior of production factors from the perspective of output externalities: A case study in Jiangsu Province

To clarify the incentives of the production factors of rice farmers under the external vision of the output, put forward targeted countermeasures, correct the external nature of the output, optimize the input of the element, and improve the output and quality of rice planting. Selecting counties (cities, districts) with high production level and high representatives as the main survey locations, from the five perspectives of farmers endowment, production factors, market factors, policy factors, and cognitive factors, 19 related variables were determined, and the influencing factor models of the factors in the production of rice farmers in the external vision of rice were constructed. A binary logistic regression analysis was performed. Among the 19 variables selected, the satisfaction of rice farmers satisfaction with farmers has passed a 1% significant level test, the education level of rice farmers, changes in rice fertilization in the past three years, and 5% of rice prices have passed 5%. In the inspection of significant levels, the perception of the gender of rice farmers and the negative impact of excessive fertilizer pesticides has passed a 10% significant level test. The above 6 variables have a significant impact on the use of reasonable production factors in rice farmers. Based on this, related countermeasures are proposed to demonstrate and guide rice farmers to correct the external nature of the output and promote green production of rice.
