摘    要:我国作为世界第一大黑木耳生产国,其机械化采收设备的研发与应用尚处于起步阶段。针对我国黑木耳机械化采收设备的发展现状,对现有采收设备的结构和工作原理进行梳理归纳,并就设备中的采收部件结构与采收性能指标进行阐述。根据当前黑木耳采收设备面临采收合格率低、适应性差等难题,指出我国黑木耳机械化采收设备应向专业化、轻简化、智能化发展,提出黑木耳机械化采收设备应重点完善黑木耳采收理论、攻克“采大留小”关键技术、发展一体化装备。

Current status and the prospect of research on mechanized harvesting of Auricularia auricula in China
Abstract:As the worlds largest producer of Auricularia auricula, China is still in its infancy in the development and application of mechanized harvesting equipment. In view of the development status of Chinas mechanized Auricularia auricula harvesting equipment, this paper summarizes the structure and working principle of the existing harvesting equipment and elaborates on the structure of the harvesting components and the harvesting performance indicators in the equipment. According to the current problems of Auricularia auricula harvesting equipment, such as low eligibility rate and poor adaptability, it is pointed out that Chinas Auricularia auricula mechanized harvesting equipment should be specialized, light, simplified, and intelligent. In addition, it is proposed that mechanized Auricularia auricula harvesting equipment should focus on improving the theory of Auricularia auricula harvesting, overcoming the key technologies of “picking large and keeping small”, and developing integrated equipment.
