桔梗总次皂苷制备方法研究

摘    要:建立桔梗总次皂苷制备的方法,即桔梗总皂苷3%KOH的溶液微沸回流反应0.5h后,稀盐酸中和至PH为4,以甲醇与正丁醇的混合溶剂萃取3次,合并有机相关浓缩即得桔梗总次皂苷,其平均产率为63.38%。该方法操作简便,快速且产率较高。

Abstract:potassium hydroxide solution of platycodins was acidified to pH=4 after refluxed in mildly boiling water for 0 5?h, and was extracted three times with the mixture of methanol and n butanol The organic phase was combined and concentrated to give prosapogenins The average production rate was 63 38% The method is quick, simple and has a high production rate
