牧草干燥方法的研究概况

摘    要: 干燥方法是决定干草质量的重要因素之一,不同的干燥方法调制的干草质量差异很大,这主要是由于不同的干燥方法牧草的干燥速度及营养物质损失不同所引起的。国内外学者曾对牧草干燥方法作过大量的研究,结果表明:自然干燥技术简单易行,生产成本较低,是经济欠发达地区调制干草的主要方法,但自然干燥调制的干草营养成分损失严重;人工干燥法是牧草最佳失水方式,其干燥效率高,牧草品质好,并能有效的保存各种维生素,特别是容易受光、热损失的胡萝卜素得到了很好的保存,但此法需要投入较高的资金,适合规模化生产的企业使用;机械压扁茎杆和使用干燥剂可以显著的提高牧草的干燥速度,有效的减少营养物质的损失,且资金投入不大,操作简单易行,在追求干草品质和经济效益的今天可优先考虑使用。

Abstract:Drying method is one of the important factors which decides hay quality. Different drying method could lead to distinct hay quality, this is because different drying method could result in distinct drying rate and hay nutrient value. Regarding to drying methods, internal and external schlors have done many research. The results showed that sunshine drying method is a main method in undeveloped areas. The characteristic of this method is easy and cheap, but the nutrient loss is very serious. Artificial drying method is the best one, it has high drying rate and can conserve various vitamin, especially carotene. Pressed stems and branches and chemical drying mthods can increase drying rate and decrease nutrient loss effectively. In addition, this two methods are easy and cheap, we could choose preferential at present economy era.
