云南山羊肾乳头和肾盂的解剖结构

 本研究利用云南本地山羊肾进行解剖,并做铸型标本和组织切片标本综合观察发现,云南山羊肾小叶的皮质部完全融合,髓质部的融合情况与部位有关。在肾的正中额切部位,锥体和乳头完全融合形成嵴状总乳头;而在其两侧部位,又有规律地分布多锥体结构,但多锥体的乳头部汇集于嵴状总乳头上开口。云南山羊既有肾盂,又有与肾盂连通的隐窝结构。而叶间动脉、静脉就在分开的锥体和隐窝结构之间通过。据观察,云南山羊的肾盂、肾乳头的解剖结构与新疆细毛羊的有关结构基本相似,但肾小叶的数目较少。

The Macroscopic Structures of the Renal-Pelvis and Renal-Papillae in Yunnan Native Goats

1. In Yunnan native goats, the cortex of renal lobes is fused completely. As to the medulla, it forms a renal Crest on the frontal section of the kindey, and 5～6 separated pyramids are clearly observed on the dorsal or ventral sections of the crest. The papillary ducts of all the separated pyramids open on the apex of the renal crest. 2. The kidney not only has a renal-pelvis, but also specialized recesses which join the renal-pelvis. The interlobular arteries and veins pass through the separated pyramids. 3. The structures of the renal-pelvis and the renal-papillae in Yunnan native goats are similar to those of Xinjiang fine-fleeced sheep.
