型腔零件的自动编程与仿真

摘    要:以实际生活中常见的烟灰缸为例,阐述了型腔零件的数控仿真加工过程。首先采用Master CAM进行型腔零件建模,完成毛坯和刀具路径设置,并生成数控加工程序,之后对自动生成的程序进行编辑,最后在广州数控仿真软件上完成数控加工过程的仿真。仿真结果表明,利用此种方式能够比较完整地完成从几何建模到仿真加工的整个过程,仿真效果基本理想。

Abstract:Taking the ashtray for example,the whole process of NC machining simulation of cavity part was described.Firstly,Master CAM was used to complete the modeling of cavity part,rough setting, tool path setting and NC program.Then,the program was edited.Finally,simulation of NC machining process was completed with the Guangzhou NC simulation software.The simulation results showed that this method could complete the entire process from the geometric modeling to simulation processing,the final results was almost ideal.
