摘    要:当归根腐病是当归生产中的重要病害之一,分离纯化后鉴定为尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium.oxysporum)为了明确中草药党参和黄芪提取液对当归根腐病的抑制作用,分别以两种中药水浸液对小当归根腐病的抑制作用进行测定。结果表明:不同浓度的中草药党参和黄芪提取液对当归根腐病菌丝生长和孢子萌发都有抑制作用,在浓度为0.50 g/mL对当归根腐病菌丝生长的抑制率为25.23%和53.48%,对其孢子萌发抑制率为51.57%和74.56%,且所有处理发生根腐病均比对照低,差异达显著水平。

Abstract:Angelica sinensis root rot pathogens,is one of the most damaging Angelica sinensis diseases across the China.By using microorganism separation and purification methods and morphological observation,the Angelica root rot pathogens is identificated as Fusarium.oxysporum.To further specify the inhibition effects of Radix codonopsis and A.membranaceus.var.mongolicus extracts on Angelica sinensis root rot pathogens,the effects of these two herbal medicine aqueous extracts were tested.The results showed that different concentration gradients of these two herbal medicine aqueous extracts had different inhibition effects on the growth of germination of the sporangium and mycelial of Angelica sinensis root rot pathogens,of which the effects of 0.50 g/mLconcentration of Radix codonopsis and A.membranaceus.var.mongolicus extracts reached 25.23% and 53.48% on the growth of mycelial respectively,compared with that on the growth of germination of the sporangium with 51.57% and 74.56% respectively.The results revealed significantly when compared to the control.
