摘    要:介绍山苍子油的提取方法与主要成分柠檬醛的分离方法,阐述山苍子油及柠檬醛的抑菌、抗氧化作用等活性研究现状;并对柠檬醛抗菌作用机制进行总结分析,为植物源抗菌剂的开发应用提供参考。

Abstract:The methods of the extract and separation of Litsea cubeba essential oil and critical were introduced,and the antibacterial activity and antioxygenation of Litsea cubeba essential oil and critical were analyzed.Besides,the mechanism of antibacterial activity of critical was summarized.Finally,references for further exploitation and application of new botanical antimicrobial were provided.
