摘    要:选用安捷伦7890A-FPD,DB-1701毛细管色谱柱分离,样品用乙酸乙酯提取,氮吹水浴浓缩温度为45℃,建立14种有机磷农药在豆类蔬菜中的残留分析方法。结果表明:14种农药在0.01~1.0μg/mL范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.999,在18 min内能够完全分离;14种有机磷农药的回收率均在80%~100%范围内,其相对标准偏差均低于10,该方法适用于豆类蔬菜中14种有机磷农药残留的同时检测。

Abstract:Agilent 7890A-FPD,and DB-1701 capillary column were selected,and then the samples were extracted in ethyl acetate,and the concentration temperature with nitrogen blow was 45 ℃.Thus the analytical method for the pesticide residue determination of 14 organ phosphorus in legume vegetables by means of gas chromatography was established.The results showed that: the 14 organ phosphorus’ linearity was good,with the correlation coefficient above 0.999 at the range of 0.01-1.0 μg/mL,which could be separated within the 18 min at the same time,the 14 organ phosphorus’ recovery rates were between 80%-100%,and the RSD was less than 10%,which showed the detection limits were less than that of Japanese positive list system.It was concluded that this method was suitable for detecting pesticide residues of 14 organ phosphorus in legume vegetables at the same time.
