摘    要:本文介绍了克蚧威对家蚕的毒力和残效期.结果表明:克蚧威对家蚕有很强的触杀作用,秋季对三龄蚕的触杀毒力回归方程为Y=2.458十1.862X,Lc_(50).为23.185ppm,LD_(50)为0.012ug/头,春季800倍液喷桑叶对家蚕的安全间隔期为10天.蚕对克蚧威的抗性因蚕龄大小和季节不同有异.

Abstract:In an experiment with "Kejiewei", a newly developed insect- and acar-icide, its toxici-ty and the duration of its residual effect on silkworm (Bombyx mori) were studied. Thispesticide showed a strong contact poisoning effect on the larvae of silkworm, suggestingthat its utilization in silkworm rooms should be avoided. A contact poisoning toxicity re-gression equation for the 3-instar silkworms was established: Y = 2. 458 + 1. 862X, withLC50 being 23. 185 ppm and LD50 being 0. 012 ug. When its solution, diluted to 800 times.was used to spray the mulberry trees, an interval of 10 days starting from the spray wasnecessary for the safety of the silkworm. The tolerance of the silkworm to Kejiewei variedwith different instars of the silkworm and with different seasons.
