| 摘 要： | 虫草素(3′ 脱氧腺苷)是冬虫夏草的有效成分之一,采用HPLC法对香棒虫草和冬虫夏草中的虫草素进行了测定,结果表明,香棒虫草中虫草素含量(39 2mg/100g)高于冬虫夏草中虫草素含量(33 2mg/100g),香棒虫草在此方面的药用价值优于冬虫夏草。

| Abstract: | Cordycepin is one of the effective contents in Cordyceps Sinensis . This paper adopted HPLC technique to determine the Cordycepin in %Cordyceps Barnessii% Thwaites and %Cordyceps Sinensis%.The result is that the Cordycepin of %Cordyceps Barnessii% Thwaites (392 mg/100g) is higher than the Cordycepin of %Cordyceps Sinensis% (332 mg/100g).The medical use of %Cordyceps Barnessii% Thwaite in this respect is better than %Cordyceps Sinensis%. |
