摘    要:对竹炭制备的BBQ炭在不同干燥温度下含水率变化进行了研究。试验结果表明,竹炭压制成型后选择105℃条件下干燥4h,达到含水率2%~3%。对BBQ炭固化成型工艺进行正交对比试验,重点考察其力学强度和燃烧性能。较佳成型工艺参数为:成型压力12MPa,粘合剂用量25g/100g,颗粒粒径≤ 0.180mm。

Abstract:The variation tendency of water content of BBQ charcoal had been studied under different dry temperatures.It was found that preferred dry temperatures was 105oC.At the temperature,the bamboo charcoal after the solidification and forming processes was dried for 4 h,and then the water content was 2% to 3%.Orthogonal test was conduct for solidification and forming processes of barbeque charcoal,with the highlights on its compressive strength and combustion performance.The results showed that the optimum parame...
