浓香型烟叶质体色素含量和叶面积动态变化

摘    要:为探明湖南浓香型烟区不同品种烟叶质体色素含量差异,对云烟87、K326和NC297等3个烟草品种的叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量及叶面积等变化进行了研究。结果表明:云烟87叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量及叶面积较其他品种具有明显优势,其在各个时期都表现质体色素含量显著或极显著高于K326和NC297,叶面积明显大于K326和NC297。 K326与NC297相比,除总叶绿素含量在移栽后40 d极显著减少,移栽后80 d显著增加及类胡萝卜素在移栽后50~60 d极显著升高外,二者色素含量和叶面积同期没有明显差异。表明在湖南浓香型烟叶中以云烟87质体色素含量较丰富,可促进光合产物增加和提高单位面积生物产量。

Abstract:In order to find out the difference of plastid pigment content of different tobacco with great aroma in southern Hunan, the change of chlorophyll content, carotenoid content and leaf area of YY87, K326 and NC297 was studied. The results showed that the chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll content, carotenoid content and leaf area of YY87 had obvious advantages over the other varieties, its plastid pigment content was significantly or very significantly higher than that of K326 and NC297, and leaf area was significantly higher than that of K326 and NC297 at the various stages.Comparing K326 with NC297, it was found out that their pigment content and leaf area of these two varieties were not sig-nificantly different except that the total chlorophyll content of K326 reduced significantly in 40 days after transplanting, in-creased significantly in 80 days after transplanting, and carotenoids rose significantly in 50 days to 60 days after transplan-ting.It hence concluded that the plastid pigment content of YY87 was rich and could promote photosynthetic products in-crease and improve the biological yield per unit area.
