超级杂交稻两优培九及其亲本生育后期内源激素和营养生理研究

摘    要:以超级杂交稻两优培九及其亲本9311和培矮64S为材料,研究了抽穗后超级杂交稻两优培九及亲本剑叶和根系与早衰有关的叶绿素含量、伤流量、营养元素含量和内源激素含量变化。结果表明:(1)与9311相比,两优培九的叶绿素含量在抽穗后快速降低,并始终低于9311,明显早衰。两优培九的其他各项生理指标除叶片及根系ABA外,在抽穗后也都比较低。而不育系培矮64S的各项生理指标比两优培九更低。两优培九的早衰可能是培矮64S遗传的结果。(2)抽穗后杂交稻及其亲本叶片和根系各生理指标均呈降低趋势,地上部和地下部逐渐衰老,说明地上部和地下部之间的紧密联系,但是从数据看,叶片和根系之间这些指标的变化无绝对的相关性。

The Endogenous Hormones and Nourishment Physiology Research of the Super Hybrid Rice Liangyoupeijiu and Its Parents after Heading

Abstract:The leaf chlorophyll, the roots bleeding amount, the content of nutrient elements and hormones in leaves and roots were studied after rice heading with Liangyoupeijiu and its parents as materials. The results showed that: Compared with 9311, the leaf chlorophyll content of Liangyoupeijiu (LYPJ) reduced more quickly after heading, and kept at a lower level, so LYPJ had premature senility characteristic. Except the ABA content in leaves and roots of LYPJ, all other physi- ological traits were lower than those of 9311. Among the LYPJ, 9311 and Peiai (MS, the value of physiological traits of Peiai (MS were the lowest. So it was speculated that the premature senility characteristic of LYPJ maybe inherited from Peiai (MS. The value of all physiological traits of leaf and root of LYPJ and its parents reduced after heading, aerial part and roots aged gradually, which indicated that the above ground part and under ground part correlated each other closely, but there was not absolute correlation between them judged from the experimental data.
