玉米灰斑病两种施药防治方法的研究

摘    要: 玉米灰斑病在云南冷凉山区严重发生。本研究在玉米大喇叭口期,每667m2取10kg砂土分别与200g 的70%丙森锌WP,20g的43%戊唑醇SC,22g的25%苯醚甲环唑WP和100g的40%丙环唑ME 混合均匀后,施入喇叭口中,在收获前7d的防治效果分别达49.21%,54.88%,44.88%,7532%,挽回产量28.70%,23.08%,47.48%,76.71%。以各药剂同样剂量分别兑水50kg后叶面喷雾,且间隔10d再喷施1次,与药土法同期调查的防治效果分别达48.02%,50.75%,41.03%,72.55%,挽回产量16.26%,9.40%,16.66%,35.51%。药土法用药少,施药方便,效果好,可在山区推广应用。

Abstract:Maize gray leaf spot (MGLS) is very severe in the mountainous areas of Yunnan Province. At the pre tasselling stage, when 200gof 70% propineb WP, 20g of 43% tebuconazole SC,22gof 25% difenoconazole WP and 200g of 40% propiconazol ME mixed with 10kg of sandy soil, respectively, per 667m2were applied into central leaves of maize, the control effects of MGLS reached 49.21%, 54.88%, 44.88% and 75.32% at the 7 day before harvest and the yields retrieved were 28.70%, 23.08%, 47.48% and 76.71%, respectively. When the same amount of fungicides mixed with 50kg of water was sprayed onto leaves per 667m2 twice every 10 days,the control effects were 48.02%, 50.75%, 41.03% and 72.55% and the yields retrieved were 16.26%, 9.40%, 16.66% and 35.51%, respectively. The fungicide soil mixture used less fungicide, was applied more easily and had better control effect than fungicide spray, and thus was extendable in the mountainous area.
