摘    要: 在大田栽培和自然光条件下,研究了人工模拟两种强度UV-B辐射(308nm,1.83kJ/m2,1.06kJ/m2)增强对烤烟品种红花大金元和云烟87叶片中水溶性总糖和蛋白质含量以及施木克值的影响。结果表明:UV B辐射能显著抑制烟叶中水溶性糖的合成和积累(P< 0.05),尤其对云烟87上部叶水溶性糖含量降低极为明显(P< 0.01),显著降低烟叶的施木克值(P< 0.01);1.83kJ/m2的UV-B可大幅提高红大上部叶蛋白质的含量,而1.06kJ/m2的UV-B则会降低红大上部叶蛋白质含量,大幅提高了其下部叶的蛋白质含量,但总体含量明显升高(P< 0.05);UV-B也促进云烟87 叶片中蛋白质的合成(P< 0.01),其上部叶含量增加最为明显(P< 0.01)

Abstract:Field studies were conducted to test the effect of enhanced ultraviolet B(UV-B, 308nm,1.83 kJ/m2,1.06 kJ/m2) radiation on the soluble sugar, protein contents and Shmuck value of two flue cured tobacco cultivars(Hongda and Yunyan 87) under field cultivation and natural light conditions. The results showed that synthesis and accumulation of soluble sugar of flue cured tobacco leaves was significantly inhibited by UV B radiation(P< 0.05),in particular, the upper leaves’ of Yunyan87 decreased very significantly(P< 0.01). Shmuck value was also reduced significantly(P< 0.01);protein content of upper leaves of Hongda was increased greatly by UV-B Radiation at 1.83 kJ/m2 ,but upper leaves’of Hongda was reduced and its lower leaves’was increased significantly by UV-B Radiation at 1.06 kJ/m2, however, the overall protein of Honda was increased significantly(P< 0.05); synthesis of protein of Yunyan87 leaves can be also promoted(P< 0.01), its upper leaves was increased most significantly(P< 0.01).
