摘    要: 针对传统的肉质分级方法测定大理石花纹含量存在成本高、主观性强、准确性低等问题,本文以计算机视觉技术为基础,运用统计学中的最大方差法去除了黑色背景,使用二值法对大理石花纹进行了提取,并对其含量进行了测定。研究结果表明,运用计算机视觉技术可以很好地实现胴体图像中大理石花纹区域的分割和大理石花纹含量的测定,为肉质自动分级打下基础。

Abstract:Q0102b is an actinomycete strain with wide fungal repression spectrum. The cultural conditions including 7 carbon and 4 nitrogen sources were evaluated for its growth amount and antifungal activity. The results showed that the strongest repression on Fusarium avenaceum when corn starch and yeast extract were included as carbon and nitrogen sources. Based on orthogonal test, the best cultural condition for Q0102bs strong antifungal activity is 40 g/L corn starch, 7 g/L yeast extract, 10 g/L NaCl at pH 80 and 28℃ for 12d incubation in a shaker at 75 r/min without diluting culture medium and adding CaCO3.
