丁酰环腺苷酸（dbcAMP）对生长肥育猪免疫功能影响的研究

 选择健康、体重（30kg）和胎次相近、品种为长白×撒坝杂交断奶仔猪42头。试验设7个处理组，其中1个对照组。用二丁酰环腺苷酸（dbcAMP）对Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ组猪做不同剂量皮下注射（0.5，1.0，1.5mg/kg）和Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ组猪做不同剂量饲料添加（10，20，30mg/kg）处理，Ⅶ为对照组，研究其对猪免疫机能调控的效果。结果表明：在30~60kg阶段，试验组Ⅱ,Ⅴ与对照组Ⅶ相比C3水平分别提高38.89%和44.44%（P<0.05），IgM水平分别提高18.49%和28.88%（P<0.05），IgG水平分别提高32.76%和48.75%（P<0.05）；在60～90kg阶段，试验组Ⅱ,Ⅴ与对照组Ⅶ相比IgG水平分别提高50.15%和41.86%（P<0.05）。

Effect of dbcAMP on the Immune Function of Pig

The experiment was done to evaluate the effect of dibutyryl adenosine 3′,5′ cyclic monophosphate (dbcAMP) on the immune function of pigs. Forty two weaning pigs (landrace×saba, 30kg initially) were assigned into control and treated groups which were subcutaneously injected with different dosages (0.5, 1.0, 1.5mg/kg) and supplemented with different dosages (10, 20, 30mg/kg) dbcAMP. The results showed that compared with the control group, the C3 levels of subcutaneous injection Ⅱgroup (1.0mg/kg) andⅤ group supplemented with 20mg/kg dbcAMP increased by 38.89% and 44.44%（P<0.05）, respectively, IgM increased by 18.49% and 28.88%（P<0.05）, IgG increased by 32.76% and 48.75%（P<0.05）, during the growing period of 30～60kgIgG of group II and V increased by 50.15% and 41.86%（P<0.05）, during the growing period of 60～90kg.
