摘    要:通过玉米雄性不育的分类,各种不同的复杂表现、遗传特性,以及恢复性、生产应用等方面的资料综述,结合笔者长期育种实践创造出的三系配套种质及其不育与恢复表现的特征特性,探寻玉米雄性不育三系配套大面积生产应用的可能性,同时,探讨三系配套在增强抗逆性、提高制种产量和单交种大面积生产稳产性方面的实际应用技术方法,为我国玉米生产高产、稳产服务。

Abstract:It is summarized the classification, different complex phenotypes, genetic characteristics, recovery characteristics and its production application for the male sterility of maize. Combined with the 3-line system germplasm created by the author in the long breeding practice, and the characteristics of the infertility and restoring, it is explored the producing possibility of 3-line system for the male sterility of maize in the large area. Simultaneously, it is also discussed the actual technology and method of 3-line system which can enhance the hybrid resistance, improve the hybrid seed yield, and advance the stability of seeds applied to large area production, so as to serve the high and stable yield of maize in China.
