| 摘 要： | 推进奶牛养殖的规模化已成为我国奶业转变增长方式、保障乳制品质量安全及生态安全的必然选择,但综合多种因素,养殖场规模不是越大越好,不同类型的奶牛养殖场存在一个最优规模。本文根据我国奶牛行业的现有技术水平,通过分析影响奶牛养殖规模的主要因素,借鉴国外先进模式和经验,提出了我国不同养殖类型奶牛场的最优养殖规模以及建立健全社会化服务组织保证行业健康发展的对策和政策建议。

| Abstract: | Promoting the large of scale dairy raising has been a way for China＇s dairy industry to change for an increase and an absolute choice for safeguarding quality of dairy products and ecological safety. This article analyses main factors affecting dairy raising scale according to existing technical level of our dairy cattle industry, makes use of abroad advanced mode and experierence to suggest an optimal raising scale for different type of dairy farms in China and makes suggestions for estalishing a sound socialized service organization in order for healthy industry development. |
