含二茂铁基王冠化合物的合成

由环戊二烯和FeCl_2在(CH_3CH_2)_2NH作用下可制得二茂铁(双环戊二烯基铁)。把乙酰化的二茂铁和甲酰化的苯并十五冠五在碱性溶液中化合,经柱色谱分离可制得具有分子式:C_(27)H_(30)0_6Fe的缩合产物。如把4′—甲酰基苯并十五冠五与1,1′-二乙酰基二茂铁在碱性条件下反应,由于冠醚的巨大空间阻碍作用,也只能得到一元缩合产物(二乙酰基二茂铁的一个乙酰基与一分子苯并冠醚结合)。而不是得到二元缩合产物(在二乙酰基二茂铁的两个对称的乙酰基上各缩合连结一分子王冠化合物)。二乙酰基二茂铁的制备过程与乙酰基二茂铁相似,只是前者的反应温度更高。

But to the first compound,the reaction temperature must be higher than that to the second.
