| 摘 要： | 水土流失与沙漠化、环境污染并称为当今世界的三大公害和三大环境问题,严重影响人类的生存和发展,已引起世界各国的广泛关注和普遍重视。文章通过对黑龙江省水土流失现状的调查,阐明其对生产生活带来的危害,分析水土流失产生的成因,并根据黑龙江省水土流失特点,因地制宜地提出适合于黑龙江省水土流失的防治对策。

| Abstract: | Soil erosion, desertification and environmental pollution, have been known as the three major hazards and environmental problems in the world, which seriously affected human survival and development and has drawn wide attention in the world. By the investigation of soil erosion in Heilongjiang Province, the paper clarified its hazard on production and life, and analyzed the causes of soil erosion in Heilongjiang Province, at last put forward the measures to prevent soil erosion in Heilongjiang Province in accord with the characteristics that are suitable for local conditions. |
