马尾松天然林立地质量评价

利用二类调查固定样地资料 ,分析了马尾松天然林上层木平均高、胸径与年龄三者之间的关系。结果表明 :年龄在决定马尾松天然林上层木平均高时意义不大 ,而上层木平均高与胸径的相关性密切 ,符合Richards方程。故采用上层木在一定胸径 ( 35cm)时的高度值表示立地指数。讨论了这种评价方法的理论基础、精度及其天然异龄林经营实践中的意义

Estimation for the Site Quality of Pinus massoniana Natural Forest

The permanent plot survey data were used to analyze the relationship among the average height,DBH and age of overstory trees of Pinus massoniana natural forest.The results showed that the age had little significance in the determination of the average height while the correlativity between the average height and the DBH was close,which accorded with the Richards equation.Therefore the height value of overstory trees with the DBH(35cm) was adopted to express the site index.The theoretical basis and accuracy of this estimation method and its significance in the management practice of natural uneven aged forests were all discussed.
