莱芜黑猪高繁基因的多态性及其对产仔数的影响

摘    要:分析了莱芜黑猪FSHβ、ESR和PRLR基因的多态性及其与产仔性能的关系.结果表明:对于FSHβ亚基基因,AA基因型占绝对优势,且产仔数最高,但各基因型间的产仔数差异不显著.对于ESR基因,AA基因型占绝对优势,由于在被检测的样本中未检测出BB基因型,因此难以计算基因型的产仔数差异.对于PRLR基因,BB基因型频率占绝对优势,但AA基因型比BB基因型的初产仔数多1.94头,达到显著水平(P<0.05).FSHβ亚基基因和PRLR基因合并统计对产仔数的影响表明:AAAA基因型为有利基因型.在育种实践中,选择AAAA合并基因型可进一步提高莱芜黑猪的繁殖性能.
