双斜立式油缸木材抓具优化设计研究

通过对现行木材生产中所使用的双斜立式油缸木材抓具的受力情况的深入分析。推导了双斜立式油缸木材抓具在两种不同的工作状态下的抓取力计算公式。在此基础上,结合现代先进的设计方法——优化设计法的基本思想,建立了该类型木材抓具优化设计的数学模型。根据数学模型的特点,给出了能够处理约束优化问题的优化计算方法——内点惩罚函数法,编制了该方法的计算机程序,并对程序的使用进行了必要的说明。

STUDY ON OPTIMAL DESIGNING OF THE WOOD GRABS WITH BITILTED VERTICAL OIL VAT

In this paper, based on the deeply analysis on thewood grabs with bitilted vertical oil vat, thc formula is deduced which is used to compute the grabing force about this wood grabs on two different work conditions. From this, using a modern advanccd designing method, optimal designing method, the mathematical model of the optimal designing on this wood grabs is set up. According to the characteristics or thc mathematical model, the optimal computing method, the inner point penalty function method is given, the computing program is drawn up and the using method on the program is explained.
