| 摘 要： | 对不同单宁提取方法的提取效果进行了比较，采用改良法测定分析白水江地区不同季节箭竹属几种竹子中单宁的含量，并观察野外大熊猫的采食量。重点研究竹子中单宁对大熊猫采食量的影响，结果发现大熊猫对竹子不同部位的采食量均随单宁含量递减而增加。

| Abstract: | The authors chose the improved method. after comparing with several methods, to determine the tannin content of the Sinarundinaria in Baishujiang, and also observed the ingestive volume of the panda in order to find the effect of tannin content on the ingestive volume of the panda. The result shows that the more tannin content reduce, the more bamboo the panda intake. |
