摘    要:研究了不同浓度的氨气处理对绿萝叶片光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和气孔长宽比的影响.结果表明,在低浓度氨气处理下,绿萝叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度整体提高,但气孔长宽比降低;在高浓度氨气胁迫下,绿萝叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度整体降低但气孔长宽比升高,氨气的胁迫浓度为5.33 mg·m-3.

Abstract:Under the different concentrations of ammonia,the changes of the photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomata conductance and the ratio of length and breadth of stomata in ivy-arum's leaves were studied. The results showed that under low concentration of ammonia,the photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomata conductance of ivy-arum's leaves were all increased,but the ratio of stomata's length and breadth decreased; under the high concentration of ammonia,the photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomata conductance were decreased as a whole,but the ratio of stomata's length and breadth increased. The stress concentration of ammonia was 5.33mg·m~(-3).
