摘    要:为了研究导叶与壳体之间沿轴向和周向的位置关系对匹配球型壳体的混流式核主泵水力性能的影响,获得最优水力特性下导叶与壳体之间的匹配位置,以比转数ns为390的混流式核主泵水力模型为研究对象,基于雷诺时均方程和RNG k-ε湍流模型,对其内部流动进行三维全流道数值模拟.结果表明,随着两者之间匹配位置的变化,泵水力性能及内部流动情况也随之变化.在沿泵轴方向上,当导叶出口中心线与壳体出口段中心线相距1/4导叶出口宽度时,泵水力效率提高0.6%;在沿导叶出口圆周方向,导叶叶片出口边与壳体对称轴面重合时,泵水力性能及内部流动情况最优,泵水力效率提高近0.8%.研究结果为混流式核主泵的水力设计及优化和泵内部流动的主动控制提供有益参考.

Abstract:Three-dimensional numerical simulations of the internal flow field, based on Reynolds-average equations and RNG k-ε turbulence model, are carried out in the study on axial and circumfe-rential positions between guide vane and casing volute of a ns=390 mixed-flow nuclear reactor coolant pump. Energy performance is used to analyze internal flow and acquire the prime position between guide vane and casing volute. The result shows that different positions have an influence on hydraulic efficiency and internal flow. Hydraulic efficiency in an ideal position scheme has increased by 0.6%, equal to 1/4 of guide vane outlet width, between the shroud and central plane of casing outlet. Meanwhile, it has increased by 0.8% with a better internal flow performance as the symmetric axial plane and the vane outlet are at the same circumferential position. Results contribute to the design and optimization of a nuclear pump as well as internal flow control.
