摘    要:通过对毛乌素沙地花棒(Hedysarum scoparium)、羊柴(Hedysarum mongolicum)、黄华(Thermopsis lanceo-lata)和苦豆子(Sophora alopecuroides)等植物根际土样和根样的采集分析,研究了4种豆科植物与AM真菌的共生状况及其与土壤因子的关系。结果表明,4种植物都有较高的AM真菌定殖率和孢子密度,AM真菌平均总定殖率达77.19%,平均孢子密度为223.7个/100 g土,表明4种豆科植物都能与AM真菌形成良好的共生关系。不同植物或不同样地之间,AM真菌定殖率和孢子密度有一定差异。AM真菌的定殖率与孢子密度无显著相关性;有机质和有效N与孢子密度呈显著正相关,有效N与泡囊定殖率呈显著负相关。认为AM真菌孢子密度和泡囊定殖率可作为荒漠土壤环境监测和评价的微观指标。

Abstract:Four host plants Hedysarum scoparium,Hedysarum mongolicum,Thermopsis lanceolata and Sophora alopecuroides were investigated and analyzed relative to soil factors and symbioses in Maowusu sandy land.The results showed that the better symbioses relation was formed between AM fungi and 4 host plants,the average total colonization rate of AM fungi was 77.19% and the average spore density was 223.7/100g soil.The colonization and spore density of AM fungi changed with host plant and sampling sites.The colonization of AM fungi had no significant correlation with spore density;organic matter and available N had a significant positive correlation with spore density;available N had a significant negative correlation with vesicular colonization of AM fungi.The result suggested that the spore density and vesicular colonization of AM fungi could be one microcosmic index of monitoring and appraising the soil environment in desert ecosystem.
