摘    要:研究了白沙参的人工繁育受精的时间及各发育期完成发育的时间.确定角毛藻是其浮游幼虫期的主要饵料.发育成稚参后前5 d,开始施肥培育池壁上生长的底柄硅藻,在变为稚参10 d后投喂海藻磨碎液.发现桡足类的影响使稚参存活率、收获密度显著降低.

Abstract:The key techniques of artificial propagation for Holothuria scabra Jaeger were studied in Sri Lanka.We observed the development process of Holothuria scabra Jaeger from oosperm to young sea cucumber,registered the development time,certained that Chaetoceros SP.was the diet for pelagic larve.The first 5 days of being young sea cucumber,we fertilized to raise Navicula SP.growed on the wall of tank.After 10 days of being young sea cucumber,they were fed with grinding liquid of seaweed.We found copepod could af...
