| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济的到来，我国动力工程教育暴露出了诸多弊端，更为培养 现代化的动力工程技术人才提出了新的要求，在此基础上，文章从动力类人培养模式、培养方案以及通材与专材相互结合三个层面提出加快高校动力工程教育改革，培养现代化的动力工程技术人才,赤我国的动力工程事业作出更大贡献。

| Abstract: | With the coming of knowledge economy, a lot of disadvantages in power engineering education emerge, and there puts forward new request on modern technical talent fostering. Based on these, three aspeets of talent fostering pattern, projects and that which cultivates multiple talents together with specific ones, the author brings forward a view to accelerating reformation of talent fostering in college power engineering education and training modern power engineering technical talents, and then makes a further Contribution to the undertaking of power engineering. |
