| 摘 要： | 肌生成抑制素（MSTN）是肌肉生长的一种负调控因子，隶属于TGF-β超家族，具有TGF-β超家族所有特点。MSTN突变产生的双肌现象给畜牧生产和医药业带来巨大影响。作者综述了近些年来用分子技术研究MSTN抑制剂的成果以及MSTN主要抑制剂的特点，并对MSTN在农业生产和医学领域的发展趋势和应用前景等进行了展望。

| Abstract: | Myostatin （MSTN） is a negative regulator of muscle growth factor. It belongs to TGF-β superfamily, which possesses all the characteristics. Pairs of muscles phenomenon caused by the MSTN mutations, greatly influence the animal husbandry and pharmaceutical industry. The author summarized the recent years＇ achievements ofMSTN inhibitors by the use of the molecular techniques and the main characters of main MSTN inhibitors. In addition, the future trends and pro spects of MSTN applied in the field of agricultural production and medicine were described. |
