若干小麦抗白粉病品系的有效抗病基因的测定

The Analysis of Effective Wheat Powdery Mildew Resistance Genes of Some Wheat Breeding Lines

The effective resistance genes of 17 wheat breeding lines are identified by comparing their resistance spectra with those of lines with known resistance genes, after inoculation with wheat powdery mildew isolates carrying different virulence genes. Three lines derived from T. ararticum, four lines derived from V. P. M and one other line have Pm2. Four lines derived from V. P. M or C39 and one other line have Pm4b. One line has Pm2 6. The spectra of two wheat-rye substitution lines (6D/6R) are similar but different from those of the lines with known resistance genes. The wheat-Haynaldia translocation line (6 AL/6 VS) is immune to all isolates used in this paper.
