壬酸对华山松木蠹象成虫的拒食作用研究

摘    要:壬酸对华山松木蠹象成虫有明显的拒食作用。在选择性拒食作用和完全拒食作用中,当浓度为4×10^4mg/L时的拒食效果在24和48h中都是最好的。选择性拒食作用中,24和48h的AFC。分别为3.24×10^2mg/L和5.68mg/L;完全拒食作用中,24和48h的AFC50分别为9.98×10^3和2.89×10^4mg/L。

Abstract:Pelargonic acid has a obvious antifeedant action to the imago of Pissodes punctatus Langor et Zhang. The best antifeedant effect was from concentrations at 4×10~4 mg/L after 24 hours and 48 hours in selective antifeeding activity and complete antifeeding activity. The median antifeeding concentration ( AFC_(50)) of selective antifeeding activity in 24 hours and 48 hours were 3.24×10~2 mg/L and 5.68 mg/L, while their AFC _(50) of complete antifeeding activity were 9.98×10~3 mg/L and 2.89×10~4 mg/L respectively.
