| 摘 要： | 依据GB 4789.2-2010《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验菌落总数测定》以及相关统计学方法,评价了10份不同奶粉样品中菌落总数不确定度。结果表明,可用指数法对样品的菌落总数检测结果的不确定度做出较好的评估。

| Abstract: | According to JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement and GB 4789.2-2010 Food Microbiological Examination:Aerobic Plate Count and related statistical methods, uncertainty of aerobic plate count in 10 different milk powder samples were evaluated. The results showed that, the index method could well evaluated uncertainty of aerobic plate count in samples, which was suitable for the uncertainty evaluation of aerobic plate count in the daily work. |
