茄子烂秆病的病原鉴定

摘    要:从湖南省寄来茄子病样中分离出引起茄子烂秆病的病原真菌,对该菌进行了形态学观察、致病性测定及分子鉴定。结果表明,病原菌形态学鉴定为拟茎点霉(Phomopsis vexans)。对菌株HNQJ的核糖体RNA基因内转录间隔区(rDNA-ITS)进行PCR扩增和序列测定,并在GenBank中进行比对分析,根据rDNA-ITS序列分析结果结合病株症状和病菌的形态学特征,认为湖南茄子烂秆病的病原菌为拟茎点霉。

Abstract:A pathogen causing eggplant rotten stem was isolated from disease samples selected in Hunan province, then the morphological observation, pathogenicity test and molecular identification were carried out. The result showed that the pathogen of Eggplant rotten stem was identified as Phomopsis vexans by morphology. The rDNA-ITS genes of isolate HNAJ were amplified and sequenced, then the results were compared and analyzed in GenBank. According to the sequence analy-sis, combining the symptom of diseased plants and the morphological characters of pathogen, the pathogen causing eggplant rotten stem of Hunan was identified as Phomopsis vexans.
