不同配方营养液对小白菜产量及品质的影响 |

摘 要: | 采用无土栽培基质培的方法,对不同营养液配方种植的小白菜产量和品质进行了研究。结果表明:在氮浓度为4 ̄8mmol/L时,增施氮肥可显著增加小白菜鲜重和硝酸盐含量,但维生素C含量反而减少。提高营养液配方中磷、钾含量,对小白菜产量的增加及硝酸盐含量的降低影响不大,但有利于提高小白菜的维生素C含量。建议小白菜无土栽培基质种植氮浓度为8mmol/L以上,磷、钾浓度也要相应增加。

Abstract: | Pakchoi''s yield and nutritional quality in soilless culture medium with different nutrient solutions were studied. The results showed that when the concentration of nitrogen in nutrient solution was among 4~8mmol/L, the fresh weight and content of nitrate in Pakchoi increased obviously with adding nitrogen while the content of Vitamin C decreased. Although adding the concentration of P, K in nutrient solution had little effect on increasing of Pakchoi''s yield and decreasing of nitrate''s content in Pakchoi, it was helpful to increase the content of Vitamin C in Pakchoi. According to this study, when the concentration of N exceeds 8 mmol/L in soilless culture medium, the concentration of P and K increase correspondingly. |
