Improvement of the Farm Produce Market System Considering Both Food Safety and Farmer's Income Increase

Based on the basic structure of farm produce market system, the author examines the relationships among farm produce market system, food safety and farmer''s income increase. Then the author introduces achivements and problems in the development of China''s farm produce market system. The measures for perfecting farm produce market system considering both food safety and farmer''s income increase are presented as follows: Elementary conditions should be optimized, different levels and scales of trade centers should be established; close and reasonable connections among those centers should be made; logistics of farm produce should be perfected, sci-tech investments on farm produce production should be increased, governments'' macro-control should be taken according to local conditions and different periods, and so on.
