摘    要:笔者为调查不同规格穴盘和基质处理对垂吊长寿花扦插苗生长的影响;分别采用不同规格穴盘和不同基质分别对嫩茎和老茎两种插穗进行处理:结果表明:不同规格穴盘和不同基质对垂吊长寿花扦插苗的株高、茎粗、根数以及对根、茎和叶的鲜种、干重和干鲜比均存在极显著影响,同时这两个因子对扦插苗生长还存在一定的互作作用。其中平盘明显增加扦插苗根和茎的干鲜比,草炭1:蛭石1混合基质明显促进扦插苗株高的增加,园土明显促进扦插苗茎粗生长。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of plug and media on the growth of kalanchoe cutting in a solar greenhouse,different plug size and media type were treated to the young and old stems of kalanchoe cutting . The results showed that plug size and media type have significant influence on the plant height, stem diameter, root number, fresh weight and dry weight of the root, stem and foliage. And there is also an interactive effect between the plug size and media type. The ratios of dry weight to fresh weight of the root and stem are enhanced greatly by the flat plug. The plant height treated by the substrate of peat and vermiculite is the highest of all the treatments, and so is the stem diameter by the soil.
