浙江省诸暨市家庭农场经营效率及影响因素分析

为探究浙江省诸暨市家庭农场经营效率及影响因素,运用2016年对诸暨市114户家庭农场的调研数据,构建Tobit模型,以分析各因素对家庭农场经营效率的影响。结果表明,农场主受教育年限、土地经营面积、是否聘用过农技人员等因素对家庭农场经营效率具有显著正影响。建议从深化落实配套政策、开展示范创建、强化社会化服务体系、加强质量监管等方面着手,深入推进家庭农场的健康发展。

Analysis on Management Efficiency and Its Influence Factors of Family Farms in Zhuji City of Zhejiang Province

To explore the management efficiency and its influence factors of the family farms in Zhuji city of Zhejiang province, a Tobit model was constructed based on the survey data of 114 family farms in Zhuji city in 2016, to analyze the influence of various factors on the management efficiency of family farms. Results showed that farmersˊ years of education, land management area, whether to hire agricultural technicians or not, and other factors had significant positive influence on the management efficiency of family farms. Accordingly, it was suggested to further promote the healthy development of family farms from deepening the implementation of supporting policies, carrying out the demonstration-construction, enhancing the social service systems and reinforcing the quality supervision.
