摘    要:在旱地农田少耕(RT)、传统耕作(CT)和免耕(NT)3种耕作土壤上,采用动态密闭气室法(IRGA)与碱液吸收法(AA)同时测定土壤呼吸速率,并对测定结果进行比较.结果表明:(1)在RT、CT和NT3种耕作土壤上,IRGA与AA两种方法测定结果均呈显著相关,前者测定值分别约为后者的4.48、3.74和4.07倍.(2)...
