| 摘 要： | 土壤呼吸包括3个生物学过程:植物根系呼吸,土壤微生物呼吸,土壤动物呼吸,3个过程呼吸所利用的C源不同,对土壤呼吸的贡献也有差异,精确分离并量化土壤呼吸3个生物学过程是土壤呼吸研究的一个重点和难点,只有了解各组分呼吸的机理及其在土壤总呼吸中的比例,才能掌握土壤呼吸的实质,从而了解陆地生态系统地下C通量和C分配格局。笔者在综合分析国内外相关研究的基础上,对土壤呼吸的3个生物学过程呼吸原理,影响机制,研究现状及进展等进行了比较和评述,重点提出分离量化3个生物学过程呼吸的方法及原理,尤其针对野外原位测定土壤动物呼吸,首次给予重点分析并探讨相关研究方法。
