摘    要:对山东禹城综合试验站免耕潮土试验田中不同耕作和施肥措施对土壤潮土生物学特性的影响进行了研究,结果表明:免耕和秸秆还田可以显著增加潮土中细菌、真菌和放线菌的数量,也可以显著增加土壤蔗糖酶和脲酶的活性,尤其是土壤表层。不同施肥措施对土壤生物学特性有显著影响,分次施肥要优于集中施肥,免耕秸秆还田可以提高土壤生物学特性,优化土壤微环境。
