| 摘 要： | 1986年9月至1987年1月,对凉薯采用挂藏、篓藏和膜藏方法进行了室内常温贮藏试验,通过对贮藏凉薯的呼吸强度,和淀粉、总糖、还原糖、抗坏血酸含量的变化,以及失重率、发病率等的检测表明,膜藏能获得比挂藏和篓藏较好的贮藏效果。

| Abstract: | A comparative experiment of different srorage methods of yambean at normal indoor temperature hanging in bunches, packing in baskets and packing in plastic film was carried out from Sept. 1986 to january 1987. Based on the respiration rate, changes of sugar, starch, ascorbic acid, weight loss rate and disease incidence, it shows that the way of packing in plastic film is better than the other two ones. This paper provides both storage techniques and the theory. |
