| 摘 要： | 我国农业科技成果转化率低，从外因上讲，一方面是因为我国的科研起步较晚、科研手段落后，农业科研的投入不足，农业科技成果的供给结构不合理，成果转化的体制有待畅通，成果到农民手里有一个渠道畅通的问题；我国农业科技总体水平低，农业结构不合理；另一方面是来自国际方面对中国的挑战。

| Abstract: | The low transforming rate of agricultural science and technology achievements was caused from two hands.On the one hand,science research started late in our country,science research means were laggard,science research devotion in agriculture was short,supply structure of agricultural science and technology achievements was inconsequence,achievements transform system was awaited to be expedited,farmers need a process expedite achievements,the whole level of agriculture science and technology was low,and agriculture structure was inconsequence.On the other hand,the challenge come from international aspect. |
