基因型与环境互作下粳稻农艺性状的遗传效应分析

摘    要:采用包括基因型与环境互作效应的加性-显性遗传模型,分析基因与环境互作下粳稻农艺性状的遗传效应.结果表明,各性状加性及显性方差比率均达极显著水平,株高、穗数、穗长、每穗总粒数、着粒密度、千粒质量等性状加性方差比率较大,结实率、单株产量的显性方差比率较大,株高、每穗总粒数、结实率、千粒质量、单株产量性状的加性×环境互作效应的方差比率达显著或极显著水平,穗长的加性×环境和显性×环境互作效应方差比率均达极显著水平,着粒密度的显性×环境互作效应方差比率达极显著水平.

Abstract:Interaction of genotype and environmental of genetic effects analysis on agronomic traits of paddy rice.Interaction of genotype and environmental of genetic effect analysis of agronomic trait was based on the experiment of paddy rice by using an addative-dominance genetic model.The results showed that addative and dominance variances rate of traits were significant at 0.01 levels, addative variances rate of plant height,panicle number plant,panicle length,total grain per panicle, density of grain,1000-grain weight etc were bigger, dominance variances rate of seed setting rate, yield per plant were bigger too, addative×interaction of environmental effects variances rate of plant height, total grain per panicle, seed setting rate, 1000-grain weight, yield per plant were significant at 0.05 and 0.01 levels, variances rate of addative×environmental and dominance×environmental interaction effects of panicle length were significant at 0.01 levels, dominance×environmental interaction effects variances of density of grain was significant at 0.01 levels.
