| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村建设是党中央的重要举措，加强水利灌溉管理对于新农村建设有着重要的作用。本文分析了列举了我国农村水利灌溉管理中存在的问题，探讨了新农村建设水利灌溉的基本要求以及管理的重要意义，并提出进一步发展与完善水利灌溉管理的建议，从而促进新农村的建设。
