摘    要:在中等肥力黄沙泥土上实施商品有机肥用量及施用时期对高粱产量与品质的影响试验,结果表明:施商品有机肥100 kg/667m2增产效果最显著,一次性作基肥施用处理比50%作基肥、25%作苗肥、25%作拔节肥处理增产,产量差异不显著.有机肥不同用量对高粱千粒重的影响不明显,但随着有机肥用量增加,有效穗、实粒数、结实率都有所提高,特别是结实率随施肥量的变化最明显.施用有机肥100 kg/667m2、120 kg/667m2的高粱粗蛋白质、总淀粉、支链淀粉、单宁含量都能达到酒用高粱的品质要求,其亚硝酸盐含量远低于食品加工业的最高允许残留量(50 mg/kg),重金属砷、镉、铅、铬、汞都未检出.

Abstract:Different commercial organic fertilizer amount and application time were tested in Qingxuan 2(a sorghum variety) planted in the sandy soil with the middle fertility to study the effects on its yield and quality.The results showed that the yield with applying 100 kg/667m2 of commercial organic fertilizer was the highest in all treatments,the yield with applying the fertilizer as the basic manure once was higher than that with applying 50% fertilizer as the basic manure,25% at seedling stage and 25% as jointing stage but there was no significant difference between two treatments.There was no obvious difference in 1000-grain weight under different application amount but the effective spikes,full grain number and setting rate increased with increase of fertilizer amount.The crude protein,total starch,amylopectin and tannin content of the treatments with applying 100kg/667m2 and 120kg/667m2 of commercial organic fertilizer could meet the quality standard of wine-making sorghum,the nitrite content was lower than the maximum permissible residual in food processing(50 mg/kg),and As,Cr,Pb and Hg were not determinated in sorghum.
